LAUDATO SI CONFERENCE W/ CLASS OFFICERS AND BLESSING OF SEEDLINGS

LET JUSTICE AND PEACE FLOW—Our School President, Rev. Fr. Jose Salvador Mallari, gave a talk to class officers from Grade 4 to 12 and all First Year College students about the essence of Laudato Si, the encyclical of Pope Francis on the stewardship of the human person over God's creation. After the talk, the seeds, seedlings and potted plants donated by Divinian students were blessed and will be planted in the school premises and in our partner communities. One of the core values of the institution is STEWARDSHIP, and we are training students to develop deep and strong concern for the natural environment, which will benefit the future generations.
